All is very well in Grade One – It is a fantastic class that is adjusting well. We ( Pamela and Pat) are enjoying them immensely! We have 9 girls and 18 boys. When your child is chosen line leader (two each day) that will be the day that he /she may bring something for ‘Show and Tell’ as well as lead the line and do some special duties. We will announce line leader the day before. Please remember to label clearly all snack containers and water bottles to avoid frustrations with duplicates and please ensure the water bottle is not a leaking one. ( please check)
Note : Art classes require magazines and newspapers please if you can donate – also please send a labeled painting shirt to school with your child to be kept here for the whole year .
Occasionally a child may have an accident on the playground or forget to ask to go - please keep an alternate set of underwear and socks permanently in the bottom of their school bag just in case. Thank you to David and Sophies’ parents for the delicious cupcakes for their birthday. We also celebrated summer birthdays.
Shabat Shalom,
Sincerely, Pat Kozyra. Pamela Roper
